Fourteen years ago, a trio of musicians met at Philadelphia’s Curtis Institute for Music. Their group later became Time for 3:  violinists Zach De Pue and Nick Kendall, and double bassist Ranaan Meyer. Featuring guest artists like cellist Alisa Weilerstein and ukulelist Jake Shimabukuro, Time for 3’s latest self-titled album pushes the boundaries of classical music.
