This past month the Valley's own Sonoran Desert Chorale presented The Requiem for the Fallen: a concert honoring the heroes of this nation in service to our country. It was a prelude to the chorale’s European tour, where they performed in Normandy as part of the official 70th Anniversary of D-Day.The chorale's schedule is tightly packed with performances, and promises to be a trip of a lifetime for each member. For those of us still desert bound this week, the Sonoran Desert Chorale has kindly offered to share some of their experiences with K-BACH listeners via their travel blog.
