The Jerusalem Quartet
The Phoenix Chamber Music Society is bringing in the Jerusalem Quartet and pianist Inon Barnatan for a performance of string quartets by Haydn and Shostakovich, and the Brahms Piano Quintet, Saturday evening, November 9 at Camelback Bible Church. KBACH'sĀ Greg Kostraba recently chatted with the quartet's founder and first violinist Alexander Pavlovsky about the history of the ensemble, the varied and diverse program, and their longtime friendship with Inon Barnatan.
